Subsequent listings for promotions from P/O to F/O gazetted on 1 st  May 1943(effective 5 th   February 1943)

and from F/O to F/Lt on 25 th  August 1944 (effective 5 th  August 1944) suggest more possible officer graduates from course 42G, however,

it is possible that some personnel were commissioned on the same day but were not ‘Arnold men’:-

Sgt Williamson - Possibly Ivan John Williamson DFC RNZAF.

Sgt F Law- Sgt Frank Law, later P/O was from Glasgow and appears several times by name in Jim’s flying log-book.

Their pilot training programmes brought Ives and Law together at various establishments. Dedicated page to Frank Law

P/O L T Oswin (for Officer i/c link trainer)- 132119 P/O Lewis Thomas Oswin commissioned 29 th  October 1942, later F/O w.e.f. 29 th  June 1943.
